The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans Asbury Park reviews
KWS unbelievable
In Seattle at this show, he appeared to be much more relaxed and comfortable than in previous performances. The intimate venue, The Showbox, was great, and the crowd was highly appreciative of his performance. The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans played behind the head, a first for me, and he strutted the stage with a strong attitude. He and Noah engaged in some rock and roll antics, including famous head thrashing. His Austin-based band is as reliable as they come. The only downside was the muddy audio mix, particularly with the keyboard player. If you missed seeing Stevie Ray Vaughan like I did, make sure to catch The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans next time there's an opportunity. Life is short, and he's the best blues guitar player on the planet, period. He just keeps improving with each show. This was my 3rd concert by The Jazz Room - A Journey to the Heart of New Orleans in 2 years.
